Students at Integrated College Dungannon (ICD) excelled at GCSE Level and are delighted to have been accepted back to the college to continue their studies in Sixth Form.
Following last week’s excellent A’ Level, Applied A’ Level and OCR National Level results, staff and students gathered at the college to celebrate GCSE examination results.
Top GCSE achievers included: Sophie Cruickshank, Rebecca Flanagan, Seana McCann, Conor Boyle, Joanna Paisley, Alex Cauldwell, Stephanie Campbell, Estere Gulbe, Amy Cruickshank, Jordan Hughes, Bethany Loughead, Taillte Mallon, Saffron McGrath, Leonardo Vaquinhas and Owen Smyth
Mr Andrew Sleeth, ICD Principal, delighted with the students’ success, said: “I am delighted to celebrate our students’ success with them and I wish to congratulate each and every one of them for their hard work and commitment during the five years we have enjoyed with them at ICD. I would like to thank their parents and the staff of the college for their support and dedication which has meant that we are recording these excellent GCSE results. Many of these students have opted to return to join Sixth Form at ICD and I look forward to their return. To those students who are not returning to ICD, I wish you well for the future.”
Students continuing their education post GCSE at ICD are able to choose from a wide variety of courses including Applied ICT, Applied Science, Art & Design, Biology, BTEC Engineering, BTEC National in Performing Arts, National in Business Studies, Chemistry, Computing, Design & Technology, Drama, English Literature, Geography, Health & Social Care, BTEC Leisure & Tourism, Mathematics, Modern History, Moving Image Arts, Polish, Psychology, Physics, Religious Education, Sociology and BTEC Nationals in Sport.
