The commitment to being a Governor is a huge and highly rewarding undertaking. We are aware that Governors in Integrated schools come to the role with a commitment to, not only their school, but to the wider Integrated movement. 

NICIE offers training for Governors in all Integrated schools on ethos and Anti-Bias as well as contributing to the EA Governor induction programme. We also offer training in Roles and Responsibilities and an Annual Governance Seminar for Governors in Grant Maintained Integrated Schools.
