The Ulidia Eco Team have ‘adopted’ the area just outside Carrickfergus Castle, under the Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, ‘Adopt a spot’ scheme. Recently they visited the area with their litter pickers, gloves, high visibility vests and empty bags ready to clean up our spot!

During the after school session the students collected lots of rubbish and were surprised by how much they actually found!

A big well done and thank you to the Eco Team for giving up their free time to clean-up their community!
