Drumragh Integrated College in Omagh have been presented with the ‘Green Flag Award’ at an awards ceremony in Letterkenny. It involved the Eco committee preparing and implementing an Action Plan to help raise environmental awareness within the College. Two assessors from the Eco School’s project came into the school to interview and get a tour of the environmental initiatives we have started. The students spoke positively and confidently about our College and the assessors were really impressed. We currently are the only post primary school in Omagh to be awarded the ‘Green Flag’ as part of the Eco School project.
