The Association of Principal Teachers in Integrated Schools (APTIS) held its Spring Conference in the Slieve Donard Hotel on Thursday 30th and Friday 31st March 2017. This was the most successful conference to date and with the theme ‘Everybody Outstanding’ the Principals focused on how they can take a collegial approach to school improvement. The conference opened with a keynote address from Phil Glasgow – Team GB. On each day the principals were welcomed by the beautiful voices of pupils from All Children’s IPS and Annsborough IPS. The Conference dinner was preceded by a production of Sunnyside by drama students in Shimna IC.
